A Meissen Marcolini hunting group of a gentleman and hounds
Circa 1780, marked with underglaze blue crossed swords above a star and two dots
(Jagdgruppe) gilt and painted in colours, modelled as a seated gallant gentleman wearing; a pink jacket and breeches, a flower-enhanced vest, and a greyish hat, flanked by three hunting hounds, on pierced rocaille base (chip to back of hat)
