A Meissen floral coffee and tea service
Circa 1750, marked with underglaze blue crossed swords
Painted in colours with sprays of Manierblumen, comprising: a baluster coffee pot and cover, with wishbone handle and scroll-moulded pointed spout, the domed cover en suite with strawberry finial, 23.5cm. high; a bullet-shaped teapot and cover, with wishbone handle and grotesque animal spout, the cover en suite with strawberry finial, 29.5cm. wide; a two-handled circular sugarbowl and cover with intertwined branch handles ending in applied flowers, the domed cover en suite with strawberry finial, 19cm. wide; a tripod balustroid milkjug, with loop handle and generous spout, 12cm. high; a rectangular teacaddy and cover, with arched shoulders, the small cover en suite with strawberry finial, circa 13cm. high; a circular slopbowl, 16.8cm. diam.; ten cups and saucers; an extra Purpurmalerei floral balustroid teapot and cover, with scroll handle, the cover en suite with flower branch finial (minor damages)

Christie's charges a Buyer's premium calculated at 20.825% of the hammer price for each lot with a value up to €90,000 (NLG 198.334). If the hammer price of a lot exceeds €90,000 then the hammer price of a lot is calculated at 20.825% of the first €90,000 plus 11.9% of any amount in excess of €90,000.
