A William and Mary laburnam and oyster-veneered marquetry escritoire, inlaid overall with scrolling foliage and mythical beasts, with moulded cornice and bolection frieze drawer above hinged fall enclosing fitted interior with two short and two long drawers below, on bun feet, some marquetry of a later date -- 44½in. (113cm.) wide, 25in. (64cm.) deep, 65½in. (166.5cm.) high.
