An early 19th century cross banded oak eight day longcase clock, the hood with swan-neck pediment flanked by fluted column uprights, the painted square Roman and Arabic dial with subsiduary seconds ring and date aperture, signed Wm EVANS, Great Malvern, UPTON-on-SEVERN, within shell spandrels, the trunk with conforming pilasters on a plain plinth and bracket feet, with two weights -- 84in. (213.3cm.) high.
