Raised on a high slightly spreading foot, decorated in gold and iroe hiramakie and takamakie on a fundame ground and inlaid with ivory and mother-of-pearl, showing a scene of two ferocious long-haired warriors in fight on a rocky ground beside bamboo and a cherry tree, the reverse and foot in red lacquer, minor old wear, small cracks, some retouch to the reverse, signed
