A CYPRIOT BICHROME WARE SHALLOW DISH AND AMPHORA
CYPRO-GEOMETRIC, 1050-750 B.C.
The dish with two wishbone handles, decorated on the interior with two concentric bands, exterior black painted with central tondo in reserve containing frieze of cross-hatched triangles around concentric lines and broad red band; and an amphora with short neck and two vertical handles, on stem foot, decorated with encircling bands and lines, a wavy line around the neck, ladder pattern on the handles
