Gessoed and painted, the figure depicted mummiform, with a painted back pillar, wearing a striated wig, broad collar and a plumed headdress with a ram's horns and solar disk, a single column of hieroglyphic text along the front containing the offering formula granting the anonymous deceased individual "bread and beer, oxen and fowl, incense...and hetepu offerings..," with a tenon for securing the figure into a separately made rectangular base, original polychromy preserved throughout
