WARE, Isaac (d.1766). A Complete Body of Architecture ... in which are interspersed some designs of Inigo Jones, never before published, London: for T. Osborne and J. Shipton [and others], 1756.
2° (416 x 265mm.), engraved frontispiece, title printed in red and black with engraved vignette, 114 engraved plates and plans, some folding (marginal tear to frontispiece, some dampstaining at gutter of first few text leaves, mainly marginal staining to 4 plates, occasional spotting), contemporary calf (rebacked preserving original spine and recornered, rubbed and scuffed). Provenance: Alfred ?Towers (signature dated May 1859) and C.H. Mabey (signature dated June 1900, both on front free endpaper).
