(Old repair on recto of A1 not affecting text, some staining and soiling, heaviest in the first quire, occasional mostly marginal worming.) 16th-century Italian quarter vellum over deerskin (some wear). FIRST EDITION. The printing career of Scinzenzeler began at the press of Philippus de Lavagna (who claimed to have brought printing to Milan).
