A LOUIS XV ORMOLU-MOUNTED AMARANTH, SYCAMORE AND FLORAL-MARQUETRY COMMODE
The later moulded brêche d'Alèp marble top above two drawers inlaid sans traverse with a floral tulipwood-bordered cartouche flanked on either side by further flower sprays, the sides with shaped foliate panels, with foliage mounts trailing into scrolled foliate sabots, on cabriole legs, bearing the spurious stamp 'I.P. LATZ', inscribed in black chalk '3', restorations to veneers and the central cartouche possibly originally with central framing mount
