In the form of a dacha surrounded by a meadow, with a silver-lined water pump engraved with horseshoes placed to one side of the building, a vest holder behind the house formed as a wood stack, the thatched roof lifting to reveal a gilt cigarette compartment with dispenser, marked on the base

Lot Essay

This compendium is believed to be the only piece of its kind having been commissioned to special order. By manipulation of the mechanism concelaed within the roof a cigarette is released into a special dispensing compartment. The cigarette lighter is shaped as a water pump which conceals an oil compartment.
