Elegant company making music in an interior

The man standing on the far right is closely related to the figure standing in the foreground of the signed picture offered for sale, Mak van Waay, Amsterdam, 16 October 1962, lot 114. The man playing the violin in the centre recurs in the picture signed and dated 1633/35, offered at Palais Galliera Paris, 1968, lot 54.
