A FINELY BUILT 19TH CENTURY MODEL OF AN ARMED REVENUE CUTTER
with mast, yards with foot ropes, gaff and boom, standing and running rigging, anchors with ropes on catheads, anchor winch, hatches, companionways, bilge pumps, ten guns in stepped carriages, tiller and other details. The hull, carved from the solid, with main whale, stern carving and rudder is finished in varnish and mounted on an angled plinth on display base and secured with brass supports. Overall measurements -- 11½ x 14in. (29 x 35.5cm.)
