With three-stage belled iron barrel, plain iron tang, 19th-century military lock with ring-neck cock, walnut full stock (chipped and bruised) with raised moulding at the barrel tang, flat brass butt-plate retained by nails, foliate engraved flat brass scroll side-plate, 19th-century engraved iron trigger-guard (tang missing), single brass baluster ramrod-pipe, iron saddle-ring, and later wooden ramrod (iron parts with surface pitting), London proof marks
