The moulded frame with chequer inlays, with shaped apron beneath the salt box, concave brass bezel with convex glass to a white painted Roman dial, blued steel spade hands, the four pillar single wire fusee movement with verge escapement and triangular plates, lacking lower door to salt box -- 14¼in. (36.5cm.) diameter
