A French bronze tazza, circa 1870
The central bas-relief cast roundel depicting various birds of prey above a deer carcass, text indistinct LIBERA LITAS AVFV STA..., the underside with scrolling honeysuckle and bacchus mask mounts, stamped F.BARBEDIENNE & CIE -- 3¼in. (8.2cm.) high overall, 16¼in. (41.2cm.) diameter; a French bronze tazza, circa 1870, the flat dish cast with central portrait medallion of a classical maiden, bifurcating palmette leaf capped handles -- 12¼in. (31cm.) wide; and a Continental silver tazza, with egg-and-dart border, anthemion scroll side handles, underside stamped with maker's mark -- 3in. (7.5cm.) high overall, 14in.
