Each guilloche-banded hinged demilune top with a red baize-lined interior above a rosewood crossbanded frieze with double gate-leg action square tapering legs on spade feet, one with a label marked Marion Danielson, July 14, 1949

Lot Essay

A pembroke with the same distinctively rendered patera inlay at the corners, and simple inlaid banding around the top was sold from the Michael Lipitch sale Sotheby's London, 22 May 1998, lot 87 (£19,550).
