A Bow famille rose shaped oval sauceboat
Circa 1750
With a scroll handle, of flared and fluted form, the exterior moulded with a band of stiff leaves and applied with trailing flowering prunus branches painted in a bright palette, the interior with a flower spray below flowering tendrils and flowerheads (rim chip with associated crack, another lesser chip to rim, some chipping to exterior ornament and some staining)
5¼ in. (13.5 cm.) long
