A Bow famille rose shaped oval sauceboat
Circa 1752
The loop handle with two spurs, with a shell terminal, the exterior painted in a bright palette with flowering peony branches, the interior with a lesser spray within a green diaper pattern border reserved with panels of demi-flowerheads, supported by three lion's mask and paw feet (minor firing crack to rim, some rubbing to the interior)
7¼ in. (18.5 cm.) long
