Globular, the body chased with panels of rocaille and floral garlands against a matted ground, the rocaille-clad handle with sea-monster spout, the hinged cover with bud finial, the overhead raffia-clad swing handle with caryatid joins, the stand raised on three shell feet centering a circular burner with removable cover, the stand chased with flowers and shells, with an openwork apron of masks and rocaille, marked under base, cover, burner, and burner cover, also with scratchweight under base 87=17
