Mark of Gebrüder Friedländer, Berlin, circa 1900, 800 standard
The kettle, pear-shaped and partly fluted, the lower body chased with a band of grasses and floral garlands, the fluted foliage-wrapped spout with rocaille and floral sprigs, the part-wood foliage-wrapped swing handle with rocaille terminals, the hinged rising domed cover chased with rocaille borders and with scroll finial, the kettle attached to the stand with two keys on chains, the shaped circular stand on four scroll feet with rocaille terminals, the baluster-shaped lamp spirally-fluted and with rocaille border and scroll handle, with detachable liner, marked on base
