TWO DECORATIVE CARVED AND PAINTED WATERFOWL SCULPTURES
Don Briddell, Crisfield, Maryland
The first, named Mona Mallard in resting posture, with elaborate wing and feather carving; signed by maker and dated 1981; the second, a pintail hen and drake, mounted on weathered wood and sand-covered cherry base, with chipped carved outer ring, constructed on an old wagon wheel, together with, a lithograph entitled "Justice", a portrayal of a Peregrine Falcon and a Blue Jay, signed by artist in lower margin (3)
