Late 19th century, spurious blue crossed swords and dot marks
In the Meissen taste, of arched rectangular form, surmounted by a seated putto holding a garland within a shell-shaped cartouche, the upper corners applied with blue birds, the ribbon-tied frame with alternate medallions painted with birds among grasses, set with a bevelled looking glass
