CAMDEN, William (1551-1623). Britannia, sive florentiss. Regnorum Angliae, Scotiae, Hiberniae, Insularumq. Adiacentium ex intima antiquitate Descriptio, Amsterdam: Guillaume Blaeu, 1639. 12° (132 x 80mm.). Wood-engraved printer's device on title, 19 maps, hand-coloured in outline. (One map torn at corner with slight loss, occasional light staining and spotting, some very minor worming towards the front.) Contemporary vellum titled in manuscript on spine (lightly stained). Provenance: Th. Secretan (early signature on front pastedown); Anthony Curtis (early inscription on front free endpaper).
