A Steiff bear on wheels
with white mohair, teddy bear type head with centre-seam, black boot button eyes, pink stitched nose, mouth and claws, swivel head, felt pads, STEIFF button in ear and gold painted six-spoke cast metal wheels on frame --23in. (58.5cm.) long, circa 1909 (one spoke and 2in. section missing from front right wheel, 'L' shaped tear to fore head, neck joint weak, some matting and slight wear to back, back seam resown, a few other small repaired tears, slight general wear, fading and dirty)
