decorated in hiramakie and takamakie with a cockerel, hen and chicks before a blossoming prunus tree, the base with butterflies amongst scattered foliage, the interior with insects before a fruiting branch on a nashiji ground -- 3 7/8in. (9.8cms) diam, (slight wear).
