Letterpress title printed in red and black (ink and perforated stamps). 49 engraved double-page maps hand-colored in outline (ink stamps to margin of some plates, some marginal browing or staining, a few marginal tears). Modern cloth. Provenance Robert Albury, (ownership inscription on title dated 23 Aug. 1792).

One of numerous variations issued under this title by Covens and Mortier. Various combinations are found beginning in 1733.
