The field with a dense overall minor diaper pattern, in a pale lemon-yellow border with stylised floral sprays and Chinese emblems, between an inner zigzag and outer lemon-yellow key-pattern stripe, broad plain blue guard stripe, scattered areas of repiling corresponding to previous moth damage, a few rows of knots missing at one end in need of some attention
