Median 4° (207 x 149mm). Gothic types, full-page woodcut on title, first initial in blue on punched gold ground, other initials in red or blue. (Without blank leaves H4 and oo4, light browning, very occasional staining, some headlines and shoulder notes shaved.) 18th-century ?Austrian red morocco gilt, mottled edges (little rubbed at extremities). Provenance: Johann Muglender of Hohenzel (contemporary inscription) -- Rans, St. Gallen (17th-century inscriptions) -- George and David Wolfe Bruce (July 1894 presentation bookplate to:) -- New York, Grolier Club (15 Nov. 1968, pencil note of librarian G.
