With tapering single-edged blade (some pitting) double-edged at the point and struck on one side with an incomplete stellate mark, short brass quillons with punched decoration and helmeted head finials, tapering ivory grip cut with triangular panels of chequering and with bulbous moulding of octagonal section, and brass ferrules with pointillé and punched decoration, the pommel matching the quillon-tips, the brass originally gilt
