The brass inlaid red stained tortoiseshell case with glazed side panels, felt-covered dial applied with individual white enamel Roman chapters, blued steel hands, the eight day twin barrel movement with strike on gong, the back plate stamped for Japy Frères and signed H.J. & CO./PARIS -- 17¾in. (45cm.) high
