A Dagger (Tanto) in Aikuchi Mounts (Koshirae)
Edo period (19th century), inscribed Bizen (no) kuni ju Osafune Kiyomitsu saku and Tenbun junen hachi gatsu hi (1541.8), the koshirae Edo period (19th century)
Hira-zukuri configuration with iori-mune back and no curvature; forging pattern indistinct with a suguha tempered edge and a small, rounded tip; tang shortened with two mekugi-ana and katte sagari file marks
Aikuchi ebizaya goshirae comprising a black-lacquer scabbard with wide ribs and mounted with silver fittings, the kurigata, koiguchi, kozuka and wari-kogai carved with floating chrysanthemums and bamboo in sunken-relief, kozuka signed Goto Mitstoshi, tsuka wood with silver hardware and fitted with gold dragon pin-type menuki

With two certificates for the koshirae issued by the Nihon Token Hozon Kai (Society for the Preservation of the Japanese Sword), dated 1997.10.12 and 2002.9.8.
