Each of typical canted rectangular form with one carrying-handle, one with gilt-embossed inscription 'ROYAL COMMISSION ON OPIUM SIR WILLIAM ROBERTS' flanking the 'VR' crowned monogram, the other inscribed 'ROYAL COMMISSION ON WHISKEY AND OTHER POTABLE SPIRITS DR. J.R. BRADFORD ESQ., M.D., D. SC., F.R.S.' flanking the 'ER VII' Royal monogram, both locked
