The foliate-cast and spirally-fluted vasiform clockcase with circular enamelled dial with Roman chapters and twin-train movement, inscribed LEROLLE FRèRES/A PARIS, issuing flowers and flanked by lion-mask handles, on a spreading socle flanked by winged putti supporting garlands, on a shaped Vitruvian-scrolled base and toupie feet
