Oval with attached himotoshi, black lacquer ground, decoration in gold, red, silver, black hiramaki-e, takamaki-e, togidashi and inlaid in mica, mother of pearl and gilt metal, with Rosei seated on a stand, her dream emerging behind her in togidashi, compartments and risers in gold nashiji, signed in gold hiramaki-e Kansai zo, with manju decorated in red lacquer with Ju characters
