Each with foliate-carved serpentine cresting above a pierced vase-shaped back-splat flanked by foliage-carved uprights, the padded seat covered in polychrome decorated leather, above a shaped frieze centred by a foliage and rockwork-carved cartouche, on cabochon-clasped cabriole legs terminating in ball-and-claw feet, joined by waved H-stretchers (12)
