Mark of Charles Thomas Fox and George Fox, London, 1856, Britannia standard
Each of oval section on circular foot, with textured and reeded borders, the body lobed in a diaperwork pattern and chased with reeded foliage, with fluted collar and hinged double-sided flat cover, with ball and chain handle with lion's mask terminals, the foot engraved with date 'MDCCCLVII', each marked on base and inside covers
