Cylindrical, on three cast lion and ball feet with repoussé and chased acanthus and sunflower terminals, and chased with scrolling foliage and flowers above, the hinged cover repoussé and chased with a band of acanthus buds and scrolling foliage, and applied with cast crowned lion and ball thumbpiece, the scroll handle with mask terminals and beaded drop, marked on side and cover bezel
