Lot Essay

This manuscript was in the collection of "al-Hajj Husayn, the Judge, known as Mir Alay Zadeh" who also added his seal impression. The note and the seal belong to the 16th century.

The shamsa contains a benedictory couplet in Arabic, common in the 14th century under both the Mamluks and the Ilkhanids.
