SIGNED WITH A 'PS' CANE TO THE UNDERSIDE, INSCRIBED DATE 1972
Set with two stlylized forget-me-not blossoms, composed of four blue petals about pale-yellow stamen centers, growing from conjoined stems, with two leaves and two stalks with small blue buds, on an opaque white ground, 2½ in. (6.4 cm.) diameter; 1 1/8 in. (3.5 cm.) high; together with a Paul Stankard colour ground weight, signed with an 'S' cane and a dated with a '71' cane on the underside, composed of a delicate pink-veined clematis-type flower with blue and yellow stamen center, growing from a curved striated green stem with numerous green leaves and yellow and white buds, on an opaque pale-blue ground, 2¼ in. (5.8 cm.) diameter; 1½ in. (3.8 cm.) high (2)
