the arched case with side-fluted top and angled mouldings (one missing) above ripple-moulded frieze, the white-painted Roman dial with moon hands signed KENNETT WARWICK between foliate-carved borders, fish-scale sound-frets to the sides, on rectangular base with gilt-brass ball feet, glazed panel door to the rear (one hinge loose and strip of veneer missing), the twin wire fusee movement with anchor escapement strike on bell (missing) to the top -- 16½in.(42cm.) high
