Modelled as a lady placing a flower in the hair of a girl before a dressing table and mirror, the lady wearing a bonnet, green over-dress and striped purple and yellow skirt, a cat at her feet, the girl holding a muff, wearing a striped yellow cape and purple striped and flowered skirt, on a shaped rectangular gilt scroll-moulded base (chipping to lady's fingers)
