Mark of A. Schoorl, Amsterdam, 1941-1947; the teapot with mark of Hendrik Poelman, The Hague, 1923-1925, also struck with assayer's mark of Johannes Jacobus Neurdenburg
The service each pear-shaped on reeded circular footrim, wooden scroll leaf-capped handle and rope rim comprising: a sugar bowl; a milk jug and a teapot with hinged domed cover with wooden knop finial, duck-beack spout and a boat-shaped teapot with wooden angular handle, hinged cover with cone finial and reeded rims, marked on base and bodies
