Mark of Thomas Bamford, London, the pair 1725, the larger 1726
Octagonal, each on spreading foot and with detachable pierced domed cover with baluster finial, each engraved with a coat-of-arms within baroque cartouche, marked in bases and covers
5¾in. (14.5cm.) and 7¼in. (18.5cm.) high

The arms are those of Portal of Ash Park Overton, co. Hants (3)
