The anglaise riche case with raised decoration, with line engraved silvered mask further gilt-incised with leafy scrolls, conforming decoration to the centre of the dial with Roman chapter ring, blued steel simple Roman hands, the eight day twin barrel movement with silvered platform to lever escapement with bimetallic balance, strike/repeat on gong to back plate stamped for Henri Jacot and numbered 4518 -- 6 1/3in. (16cm.) high to fold of handle
