A matted and framed copy of the Wizard of Oz album cover, inscribed by Judy Garland in blue fountain pen ink, "To Joe Judy Garland." This undated British edition of the album has a full color image of Garland and the other main cast members on the right with detailed liner notes on the left side, above which Garland's signature appears.
