Painted with figures before an arch and tower with rockwork to the side, within a shaped quatrefoil cartouche gilt with scrolls issuing purple and iron-red scrolls, within a gilt border with panels of hatching, foliage scrolls and shells, the underside with iron-red concentric circles about a gilt band footrim (minor scratches and areas of wear to gilding and enamels)
