CIRCA 1740, BLUE CROSSED SWORDS MARK, DREHER'S / TO FOOTRIM
Painted in the Kakiemon palette enriched with gilding with a pavilion on a fortification before willow and pine within an iron-red and sepia double concentric circle cartouche, the border with scattered sprays of stylised flowers, brown-line rim, the underside with a yellow ground, the footrim with a gilt band (small areas of wear to glaze)
