The pedestal form case with fluted angles and breakfront plinth, the white enamel annular Roman and Arabic chapter ring with gilt brass moon hands, sweep centre seconds, the recessed centre with visible Brocot escapement with jewelled pallets, signed BROCOT AINE Paris, the twin barrel movement with strike on a bell, the motion work with intermediary wheel to enable the seconds hand to beat seconds, the back plate signed BROCOT AINE A PARIS
