Shaped oblong, chased with rococo cartouches, shells, fishscale, trellis and flowers, against a matte ground, with a central cartouche of Diana on one side and Apollo on the other, with diamond push-piece, the hinged cover opening to reveal an implement compartment, with small ivory tablet, apparently unmarked
